FCNR (B) DEPOSIT SCHEME
- FCNR(B) Deposit Period : 1 year and up to 5 years
- Fixed Deposit Scheme in :USD GBP EUR CAD & AUD
- Minimum Deposit : 1000 for USD, GBP & EUR
: 5000 for AUD & CAD. - On pre-mature closure of FCNR (B)—
- In case of auto renewal, deposit should remain with Bank for a minimum period of one year else no interest is paid.
- 1% penal interest is charged for pre mature closure of deposits after 1 year. Conversion of NRE to FCNR (B) and vice versa before maturity attracts 1% penalty.
